Tape-In Hair Extensions
Flat wefts that lie flush to the scalp. Tape-in wefts are flat panels of hair taped close to the scalp. They sit flush, brush out smooth and go in quickly.
The method
How a tape-in fitting works
A thin adhesive weft is placed against a section of your own hair and a second weft is pressed on from the other side, sandwiching the hair between them. The panel lies flat against the head, which is what makes the join so hard to see when the hair is down.
Tape-ins are the quickest of the three methods to fit and the quickest to take out. They suit hair that is strong enough to hold a panel rather than single strands, and they want a move-up appointment as the hair grows out.
They are a good choice when you want volume in a short appointment: before a wedding, an event or a change of style for the season. The hair itself is natural Remy hair, colour matched at the consultation, and with the right care the wefts can be removed and reused.

Can I wear my hair up with tapes in?
The wefts lie flat against the head rather than hanging from single beads, so they sit flush under the hair above them. Where they are placed is decided with how you wear your hair in mind.
How are tapes taken out?
With a remover that releases the adhesive. The weft comes away, your own hair does not.
What hair goes in?
