Privacy Notice
What Flawless Hair Extensions does with the details you send through this website, how long they are kept, and the rights you have over them.
This notice is written for the person filling in the enquiry form. It says what Flawless asks for, what happens to it, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Flawless Hair Extensions, a hair extension business working in Wolverhampton, is the data controller for the details you send through this website.
We are not a limited company and we hold no company number. No postal address or privacy email address is published here yet, so the enquiry form on this page is how you reach us about anything in this notice.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, your telephone number, your postcode and what you want done.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which handles the technical data it needs to tell a person from a robot. This website runs no analytics, so nothing about your visit is counted, profiled or stored.
Why and lawful basis
We use what you send to answer your enquiry and to arrange a consultation. The lawful basis is that you asked us to: these are steps taken at your request before any contract.
Keeping the form free of automated abuse rests on our legitimate interest in a working enquiry route.
Who receives it
The business itself. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf as the host of this website and of the database the enquiry is stored in.
We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to any other business for marketing, and no lead network receives them.
Some pages show the Flawless Instagram feed through Trustindex. When you scroll near it, your browser fetches the feed and its pictures from Trustindex, which sees your IP address as any website you load something from does. Nothing you type into the enquiry form goes to Trustindex or Instagram.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept while we deal with it and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, then deleted. Anything the form rejects as spam is deleted within ninety days.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network. Where data moves outside the United Kingdom it is covered by Cloudflare’s own transfer safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum to them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our using it, and ask for it in a portable form.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, tell us first through the form on this page.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, which regulates data protection in the United Kingdom.
Changes
