Accessibility Statement

This page says how accessible the Flawless Hair Extensions website is meant to be, how it was tested, what is known to fall short of that, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

Commitment

This website is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. A site nobody can read is a site nobody can use.

How we test

Every page was walked with a keyboard alone, and at browser widths from 320 to 1920 pixels with no sideways scrolling anywhere.

Text and interface colours were measured against their backgrounds rather than judged by eye: body text on the dark sections measures better than ten to one, and the yellow is never used as small text on white, where it would measure under two to one.

Images carry text descriptions, headings run in order, and every page has one main heading.

Known limitations

The map on most pages is embedded from Google, and we do not control how accessible Google makes it. It carries Google’s own control for opening the same view in Google Maps.

The strip of words above the enquiry form moves by default. It carries no information, it is hidden from screen readers, and it stops for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.

Photographs open in a dialog over the page. It closes with the Escape key or its close button, and the left and right arrow keys move through the set.

Third-party content

The embedded map comes from Google. The enquiry form may load Cloudflare Turnstile. Nothing else on this site is loaded from a third party.
