How to complain

If something about your fitting, your appointment or this website is wrong, tell us and we will put it right.

Send your complaint through the enquiry form on this page, or through the form on the contact page. Say what happened, when it happened and what you would like done about it. Please include a way for us to reply to you.

No telephone number or email address is published on this site yet, so the enquiry form is the route in.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint and answer it in full. We do not publish a response time here, because we have not set one we can promise.

If we need to look at your hair before we can answer, we will ask you to come in.

Escalation

If our answer does not settle it, ask us to look at the complaint again and it will be reviewed by the owner of the business.

Flawless Hair Extensions is not a member of any trade body or redress scheme, so there is no scheme to escalate to. Your rights under consumer law are unaffected by anything in this procedure.

Records

What you send us is kept only for as long as we need it to deal with the complaint, and it is handled exactly as the privacy notice on this site describes.
